Organized by The Salinerito, this festival celebrates the First Cry of Independence holiday with Andean gastronomy, adventure, tradition and fair trade, attracting thousands of national and international visitors every year.

The Salinas Summer Festival was born in 2022 as an initiative to show the world the richness of our parish, which for decades has been a benchmark for Popular and Solidarity Economy in Ecuador and Latin America.
Since its first edition, the Summer Festival has captivated visitors with unique experiences, transforming each tour into an adventure that combines flavor, culture, and fun. During the event, attendees can enjoy:
